• Event Registrations: Full name, age/DOB, WhatsApp phone number, email address, t-shirt size, emergency medical contact, and race distance category.
• Donations & 80G Tax Certificates: Donor name, PAN number, address, contact details, and transaction reference for issuing official 80G receipts.
• Inquiries & Volunteer Applications: Name, phone, email, and sports discipline interest.
• Technical Browsing Data: Anonymized IP addresses, browser types, and cookie preferences used to improve website speed and layout.

2. How We Use Collected Information

• To assign RFID race bibs and communicate reporting instructions for the Junagadh Marathon and district athletic meets.
• To issue official 80G income-tax donation receipts as required by the Income Tax Department of India.
• To provide emergency first-aid or medical contact in the event of an athlete injury during training or competitions.
• To send academy updates, event results, and training schedule announcements via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.

3. Protection of Minor Athletes

We take children's privacy and dignity very seriously. Photographs and video highlights taken during public academy events and camps are used strictly for celebrating youth sports excellence and raising charitable awareness. We never disclose full home addresses, personal phone numbers, or private details of minor athletes.

4. Zero Commercialization & Third Parties

We never sell, rent, trade, or monetize your personal information. Data is shared only with verified technical partners strictly required to conduct our charitable mission (e.g. marathon RFID electronic timing systems, banking gateways for donation verification, or legal compliance under Indian Trust law).

5. Cookies and Web Storage

We use essential cookies and browser local storage to preserve your user experience (such as remembering your cookie consent choice). We do not use third-party invasive behavioral tracking or advertising cookies.
