ACADEMY RULES

Terms of Use & Athlete Regulations

By registering for any race, coaching camp, sports tournament, or submitting a donation to Lotus Sports Academy & Charitable Trust, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and regulations.

1. Medical Fitness & Assumption of Risk

Running, marathon endurance, martial arts, outdoor camping, and competitive sports carry inherent physical exertion risks. Every participant (or their parent/legal guardian in the case of minors) confirms they are medically fit and sufficiently trained. Lotus Sports Academy provides first-aid marshals and hydration stations, but assumes no liability for pre-existing medical conditions or failure to observe course safety instructions.

2. Event Entry & Kit Collection

• All official marathon bibs, chips, and timing credentials must be collected in person with valid photo ID at Lotus Sports Shop, C/o. Lohana Bording, Bhutnath Temple Road, Junagadh during official kit distribution hours.
• Bibs are non-transferable without prior written notification to academy organizers. Running under an unregistered name disqualifies the runner from official timing and awards.

3. Code of Conduct & Fair Play

Lotus Sports Academy is rooted in values of respect, teamwork, and integrity. Athletes, coaches, and spectators must display sportsmanship at all times. Abusive language, performance-enhancing substances, intentional tripping, or disrespect towards referees and volunteers will result in immediate disqualification.

4. Charitable Donations & 80G Receipts

• All donations made to Lotus Sports Academy & Charitable Trust are voluntary charitable contributions utilized for providing sports equipment, free coaching, and travel sponsorships to youth athletes.
• Official 80G tax deduction receipts will be issued within 15 working days upon verification of the donor's PAN and bank transaction details.
• Charitable donations are non-refundable once processed.

5. Intellectual Property & Media Release

The name, crest, emblems, and photographs of Lotus Sports Academy are proprietary. By participating in academy competitions or camps, participants grant permission for non-commercial photography and video recording used in documentary highlights, local press releases, and trust annual reports.

6. Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising out of athletic participation, registration, or charitable donations shall be subject exclusively to the courts of Junagadh, Gujarat, India.
